1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity, "Client", "Customer", or "You") and BIGFORCE CONSTRUCTION LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website (bigforceconstruction.com) and our residential handyman, maintenance, and fixture installation services in Central Florida.

By booking a service, requesting an estimate, or using our website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Estimates & Scope of Work

Estimates Are Non-Binding Quotations: Quotes provided through our online estimate forms or phone consultations are good-faith preliminary estimates based entirely upon the details, dimensions, and photos supplied by the Client.

On-Site Evaluation & Hidden Damage: Prior to commencing work, our technician will visually inspect the repair area. If unforeseen structural damage, internal pipe corrosion, sub-surface rot, or non-compliant pre-existing wiring is discovered, the technician will present an updated written scope and revised price for your authorization before proceeding.

4. Client Responsibilities & Site Access

To ensure safe and efficient execution of repairs, the Client agrees to:

• Ensure an adult authorized representative (18 years or older) is present at the property during the scheduled service window.
• Provide clear, unobstructed access to the work area, breaker panels, and main water shut-off valves if needed.
• Secure all pets, children, and fragile personal items away from the work zone.
• Confirm that you own the property or have obtained written landlord/property manager authorization for the requested repairs.

5. Pricing, Invoicing & Payment Terms

Payment Due Upon Completion: Payment is due immediately upon the completion of authorized work, unless prior written commercial terms were executed.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Zelle, official bank checks, and major credit cards as authorized on our invoices.

Late Payments & Collections: Unpaid invoices past 15 calendar days may accrue a late charge of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed under Florida law) plus reasonable attorney fees and collection costs incurred by the Company.

6. 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our craft. Big Force provides a 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee on all labor performed:

If any repair, installation, or drywall patch completed by our technician exhibits failure or defects due to our workmanship within thirty (30) days from the service date, Big Force will inspect and re-service the affected work at no additional charge. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

• Big Force Construction LLC maintains general liability insurance for residential operations.
• Big Force shall not be liable for pre-existing structural decay, hidden termite or moisture damage, faulty manufacturer parts purchased by the Client, or secondary damages arising outside the immediate repair area.
• In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service under dispute.

8. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All content, graphics, logos, photos, code, and text on bigforceconstruction.com are the exclusive intellectual property of BIGFORCE CONSTRUCTION LLC.

Trademarks such as DeWalt®, Milwaukee®, The Home Depot®, Lowe's®, Ryobi®, and Husky® referenced on our site are the property of their respective trademark holders. Big Force is an independent service business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
